James E Chatman
Joan Marie Powell Chatman, 81, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Tuesday at her home in Harrisburg.
She was born June 2, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to James and Beatrice Dirdie Powell.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Powell; and daughter and son-in-law, Ranny and Phyllis Chatman Gray.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Chatman, and sons, Jimmy and Bobby, all of Harrisburg; nine grand-children; and eight great-grand-children.
Services were held at Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home with interment in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
