Michael Kevin Manes, 49, Went To Be With the Lord on December 29, 2017.
Mike's Heart Gave So Much and To So Many Over the Years that it Could No Longer Sustain Him.
Mike Leaves Behind Two Beloved Daughters, Kayla and Katelyn; and their Mother, Carla.
He was Born in Marks, Mississippi, and Leaves Behind Loving Parents, Norman ''Moose'' and Peggy Moss of Earle, Arkansas; His Loving Sister, Jacqueline ''Bunny'' Darby, was Never Far From His Side; and their Special Bond Will Continue Forever; This Special Bond Includes Bunny's Husband, Pat Darby and their Daughters, Amanda, Bethany and Carrie; and their Son, Hollis. He was also A Loving Great Uncle to Several Great Nieces and Nephews.
Mike was a Navy Veteran, Serving his Country During the Gulf War.
After his Service Ended, he Worked in Hotel Remodeling and for a Moving
Company Before Finding his Place with the Robert Bosch Tool Company in 2001.
Mike was Loved by All his Co-Workers.
Mike also had a Passion for Barbecuing and was a Valuable Member of the Cooking Team which Won Several Awards.
Due to Health Reasons, Mike left Bosch and Concentrated on Spending Time with his Daughters, Fishing, Watching Movies and Enjoying the Great Outdoors.
Mike was an Exotic Fish Enthusiast.
His Love for Designing Gorgeous and Elaborate Aquariums carried over to his Introducing his Girls to Fresh Water Fish.
He Started a Family Tradition of Buying Kids a First Fish Tank as they Each Turned Three Years Old.
Mike was also a Big Dog Lover, having a Soft Spot for the Bully Breeds.
The Family of Michael Kevin Manes would like to Invite Family and Friends and Loved Ones to Attend Visitation and Funeral Service, Thursday, January 4, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas Beginning at 9:00 AM.
