Clarice Rogers Redding of Fort Smith,Sebastian County, Arkansas went home to be with her creator on July 17, 2008. She was born in 1917 to the late Albert & DaphneKirkland Rogers, of Paris, Arkansas. She was the eldest of 7 children. Mrs Redding was always involved in church activities & was a Godly woman. Her faith in God & her knowledge of the Bible, brought her through many turmoils in her life. Mrs Redding spent many years in the mission field. She was of the Assembly of God faith & a charter member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Fort Smith, Arknsas. She last attended Barling Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands: Mark Lee Redding & Marvin Smith Price; a brother: Ray Rogers & 1 great-grandchild Craig Nathan Lott. She is survived by 2 sons: Kenneth Lee Redding & his wife Jo, of Alma, Arkansas & Billy Don Redding & wife Donna of Fort Smith, Arkansas; a sister: Rheba Butler of Dallas, Texas; 4 brothers: Elmer Rogers of Fort Smith, Arkansas, J T Rogers, Harold Rogers, & Bob Rogers, all of Paris, Arkansas; 8 wonderful grandchildren; 19 precious great-grandchildren & 1 very special great-great-grandchild.
