Voil V. Rippy, 100, of Charleston, Arkansas, passed away February 9, 2018. He was born July 11, 1917, in the Marietta Community to the late Luther & Myrtle Newhart Rippy. He was preceded in death by his wife Carmon Rippy & 1 son Darrell Rippy. He was a farmer during the Depression & later worked at Ballman Cummings Furniture & Rheem Manufacturing in Fort Smith. He was a Sunday School teacher, deacon & member of hospitality group at First Baptist Church in Charleston. He enjoyed attending Charleston Senior Citizen Center. Left to cherish his memory is 1 son Rondal Rippy & wife Sharon of Ozark, grandchildren/great grandchildren, Allyson Campbell, husband Noah & sons Leo & Felix of Memphis; Mark Rippy, wife Kelli, sons Thomas & Luke, daughter Evelynn (to be born imminently) of Mulberry; Timothy Rippy, wife Heidi, daughter Sophie, & son Silas of Siloam Springs.
