Charley D Douglas, 78, of Lavaca, Arkansas died April 2, 2015 in his home. He was born May 22, 1936 in Lavaca to Weaver & Ruby Beatrice Kuykendall Douglas. He was a Rancher and Businessman; a member of West-Ark Church of Christ and former Deacon; graduate of National School of Meat Cutting, Toledo, Ohio; a 1954 graduate of Fort Smith Senior High School; a Basketball Official; a Charter Member of 188th National Guard Unit.He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sedalia Douglas of the home; 2 sons Thomas Douglas of Sherwood, Arkansas and Brent Douglas of Lavaca; 1 daughter Brenda Wewers and husband Greg of Muldrow, Oklahoma; 1 sister Virginia Jeffrey of Santa Paula, California; 4 grandchildren; 8t great grandchildren; 1 step grandchild; 3 step great grandchildren.
Pall Bearers will be Sara, Mark & Cole Reames, Alisha & James Dunn, Kristen Douglas and John Douglas.
