Bill R Richmond, 84, of Charleston died Saturday, April 16, 2016, in his home. He was born May 5, 1931, in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, an Army veteran of the Korean War, retired from Rheem Manufacturing Company and was a cattleman.
He is survived by his wife, Nadine; a daughter, Sharon Heffley of Charleston; a son Barry Richmond of Little River, Kansas; 2 sisters, Louise Hobbs and Fay Rust; 1 brother, Gene Richmond; 4 grandchildren; and a great-grand child.
