Oscar Albert Winter, Jr. age 70, of Morrilton, passed away, Thursday, June 26, 2014. He was born February 9, 1944, a son of Oscar Albert Winter, Sr. and Meta Bauer Winter. Both Oscar and his wife Libby represented BSW Advertising, Inc. in Sales and Promotions. Survivors include his wife, Lydia Elizabeth "Libby" Smith Winter of Morrilton; sister in law and husband, Pam and Roger Dale of Russellville; niece, Deana Infield and family of Ft. Smith; nephew, Darris Dixon and family of Center Ridge. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 30, at Petit Jean Lutheran Cemetery with Dr. Bill Brown officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
