Mrs. Nettie Mae Dupuis, 76, of Henderson, Tex., died Thursday morning in Henderson following an illness of two years. She was a resident of Henderson for the past 14 years. Survivors include: two sons, Ernest Dupuis, Wilmot, Ark., and Fred S. Dupuis, Alvin, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. Eddie Lyle, Henderson, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Nina Smith, Summerfield, La., and Mrs. Daisy Burk, Wewoka, Okla.; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Henderson Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Sam Rice and Rev. Michael Parsons officiating. Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in El Dorado at 4 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Sam Shepperson officiating. Pallbearers will be A. G. Kelly, Pete Kelly, Fred Kelly, J. W. Kelly, Jack Bivens and Gordon Jones. Cothran and Taylors Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements. (The El Dorado Times - February 12, 1965)
