Morrilton-Funeral services for John Bratcher, 39, former resident of Petit Jean Mountain, who died of gunshot wounds in a Russellville hospital Sunday, were conducted this afternoon in Petit Jean Cemetery by Carl Williams. Burial was by Reid Funeral Home. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his father, C.W. Bratcher, Morrilton: Carl Bratcher, Little Rock; Marion Bratcher, Morrilton and Vernon Bratcher, Bald Knob; a half brother, Mildon Bratcher, Grendao, Texas; two sisters, Mrs Mamie Daven, Morrilton and Mrs. Ruby Simpson, Madera, California.
