Don C. Moore, 67, of Alma died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, in his home. He was the retired owner and operator of Alma Truck Service and an Army veteran of the Korean War. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Baxley Cemetery in Paris. He is survived by two daughters, Carol Meadors of Fort Smith and Debbie Moore of Miller, Mo.; two stepdaughters; two sons, Donald of Alma and Allen of Mountainburg; his mother, Dema Moore of Fort Smith; a sister, Sharon Brown of Fort Smith; three brothers, Kenneth of Lavaca, Lee of Hot Springs and Mike of Tulsa; and numerous grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Wayne Moore, Al Brown, Joey and Junior Shipp, Bill Holt and Ron Moore.
