Hurchel Lee Bowles, 81 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born on April 9, 1936 in Alma, Oklahoma to his parents, Frank and Della (Duncan) Bowles. He was a retired construction worker and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Paris.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Della (Duncan) Bowles; three sisters; three brothers and two great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of sixty one years, Glenda (Willhite) Bowles of Paris; his daughter, Katie Howell of Fort Smith; his son, Gene Bowles of Fort Smith; one brother, Clarance Bowles of Williams, California; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 29, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at First Assembly of God Church in Paris officiated by Rev. Kenny Maness. Burial will follow in Baxley Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Paul Howell, Keith Young, Gene Bowles Jr., Johnny Gilbreath, Glenn Gilbreath and Kobe Miller.

Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Bowles, James Gilbreath, Warren Holden, Allison Bowles, Taylor Young, Chloe Miller, Charlie Knoles, Gene Jones, Jerry Willhite and Glenn Willhite.
