Delbert Lee Ramsey, 76, of Paris, Arkansas died Thursday, August 23, 2007. He was a shed supervisor in the fruit packing industry. Delbert loved to fish and was preceded in death by his parents, Wright David and Dessie Idell Rice Ramsey. He is survived by his son's and daughter's Mother, Helen (Heathcott) Ramsey, daughter, Roberta Foster of Bakersfield, California; 3 sons, David Ramsey and wife Barbara of Diamondhead, Mississippi, Joe Ramsey of Bakersfield, California and Cody Ramsey of Bakersfield, California; 3 sisters, Sue Clem of Lavaca, Arkansas, Hazel young of Paris, Arkansas and Helen Berg of Paris, Arkansas; 1 brother, Charles Ramsey of Paris, Arkansas; 7 grand-children and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bobby Clem, Richard Ramsey, Kenneth Ramsey, Jack David Ramsey, Kenny Taylor and David Young.
