Wiley R Hood was born on August 12, 1910, in Arkansas. He married Ollie Rea Forrester Hood on July 23, 1938. They had one child during their marriage. He died on March 23, 1991, in Dardanelle, Arkansas, at the age of 80, and was buried in Oppelo, Arkansas.
