John M Zeiler, 76, of Paris died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, in Fort Smith. He was retired from the US Forest Service, a member of Church of Christ in Paris and an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Church of Christ in Paris with burial at Baxley Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Paris.He is survived by his wife, Lora; two daughters, Pam Zeiler of Paris and Anita Stroh of Greenwood; a sister, Lola Bench of Paris; and one grandchild.Pallbearers will be Clayton and Travis Cooper, Alan Looney, Fred Wurst, William Bench and Bennie Wood. Honorary pallbearers will be Little Creek golf buddies.

Lora Dale Zeiler, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 in Paris. She was born November 29, 1934 in the Mount Salem Community in Logan County, Arkansas to the late Hubert Brown and Lela Lee Brown. She was 80 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Murl Zeiler.She was a homemaker, an avid gardener, and was a member of Church of Christ in Paris. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Zeiler of Paris and Anita Zeiler-Stroh and husband Michael of Greenwood; one sister, Mae Cline of Mountainburg; two brothers, Terry Brown of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Bobby Brown of Claremore, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Belle Stroh.
Pallbearers are Jr Hoen, Brian Cooper, Travis Cooper, Jim Shearer, Allen Looney, and Ray Jones.
