Rev William H Carlock was born on July 14, 1827, in Marion, Tennessee. He married Polleyann Hamilton on November 1, 1844, in Tennessee. They had six children in 10 years. He died in 1899 at the age of 72, and was buried in Oppelo, Arkansas.
Mary Ann Carlock was born in 1842 in Arkansas. She married William Harvey Carlock in 1865. They had 13 children in 28 years. She died on July 21, 1898, at the age of 56, and was buried in Oppelo, Arkansas.
