Elva June Hampton, 67, of Mountainburg, formerly of Paris, died Sunday, September 28, 2008, in Van Buren. She was born October 3, 1940, in Commerce, Texas. She was a retired poultry producer. She was preceded in death by her
parents, Floyd Richard and Elva Josephine Hamblet Richard.
She is survived by three sons, Michael Hampton and wife Katie of Clarksville, Thad Hampton and wife Lisa of Paris and Eric Hampton and wife Beth of Russellville; two brothers, Charles Fagan of Irving, Texas, and Jimmy Richard of
Henderson, Las Vegas, Nevada; and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jim Gray, Paul Grissom, Clark Reames, Kevin Berry, Charley Hampton and Sam Delisle.
