Lonnie N. Andrews, 74, of 728 Russell Ave. died Sunday in a local hospital following a sudden illness. He was born in Cleveland, Ark., July 25, 1895, the son of Mary and John Andrews. He was a salesman for Webb Furniture Co., a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church and an Oddfellow. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ora Miller Andrews, El Dorado; two sons, Carl S. Andrews, El Dorado and Othea L. Andrews, Baton Rouge; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom E. Bray officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Young's. (El Dorado Times - December 1, 1969)
