September 29, 1905 - January 12, 1965
Grant Good, 59, a former local resident, died in Oklahoma City Tuesday after a protracted illness. Before moving to Oklahoma City a number of years ago, Mr. Good was associated with Lion Oil Co. and with the old Root Refining Co. (now American Oil Co.) He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Munnie McRae Good; a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn G. Guattrocki of California; four grandchildren, also of California; and his mother, Mrs. Marie Good, and a sister, Mrs. Tullos Costen, both of Oklahoma City. Funeral services were held in Westminster Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma City Thursday at 2 p.m. after which the body will be brought to El Dorado for burial. Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. George M. Jones in Woodlawn Cemetery Saturday at 10 a.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Young's. Pallbearers will be Malcolm Moore, Donald Moore, Shannon Goodwin, J. T. Bachtel, Jack Marrable, J. H. Sheehan, Elbert Atchley and Maxwell Methvin (The El Dorado Times - January 15, 1965)
