October 4, 1900 - June 30, 1964
William Otis Price, 63, died unexpectedly at 9 o'clock Tuesday night at his home, 614 Champagnolle St. Born in Magazine Oct. 4, 1900 the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Henry Price, he had lived in El Dorado for the last 44 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edna Wells Price, two daughters, Mrs. J. N. Lewis, Jr., Newport, and Mrs. Tom Eby, Jr, Lafayette, La.; four grandsons; three brothers, Robert D. Price of New Orleans, Dr. Theron Price of South Carolina, and John Price of California; and three sisters, Mrs. Dale Dempsey, Mrs. Harold Jones and Mrs. Howard Markley, all of Booneville. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Don Harbuck officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Young's.
