*Obituary
Miss Ida N. Lee, age 34 years died at a local hospital in Little Rock at 1 o'clock, Saturday morning, January 5, 1918. The remains were shipped to El Dorado by Healey and Roth, via the Rock Island Sunday morning. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Baptist church, of which she was a devout member, being conducted by Rev. Livingston T. Mays, assisted by the local chapter of the Eastern Star, the deceased being an honorary member. Interment took place in the City cemetery. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. The pallbearers were Messrs. Bloomer Reeves, Jr., M. G. Wade, Joe K. Mahony and Walter Reeves. The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Lide of El Dorado; two brothers, W. H. Lee of Huttig, and Geo. D. Lee of Helena, and two sisters, Misses Mary and Annie Lee, of Little Rock. (The Huttig News - January 12, 1918)
