Marion Lafayette Lindsey, 90, of Bearden died Wednesday in Dallas County Hospital in Fordyce. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. J. C. Bryant and the Rev. Vance Nutt officiating. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery by Proctors Funeral Home. He was a farmer and a lifelong resident of the Salem community. He was a member of the Salem Baptist Church. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Hattie Wigiton Lindsey; three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Houckins of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Ann Cotrell of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Ralph Fell of Sheridan; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
