Billy Frank Mink, 78, of Harrisburg, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014, at his home. He was born on June 1, 1936 in Parkin to Herman Mink and Edith Faulkner Mink Balentine. Mr. Mink was a farmer. He loved gardening, fishing and hunting. He also loved riding golf carts, hanging out at the coffee shop and his grandson, Adam’s shop.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son; Billy Wayne Mink and brother Lonnie Balentine.

Survivors include, his wife Hazel Lillard Mink; daughters, Mary (Paul) Poston of Poplar Bluff, Patricia (Jimmy) Wigginton of Harrisburg and Terri Simpson of Jonesboro, grandchildren; Somer and Richard Woodruff, Tony Poston, Jonathan and Wendy Mink, Joshua and Kara Mink, Jennifer Wilson, Adam and Megan Wigginton, Holleah Thompson, Lauren Simpson and Kellie Simpson, great grandchildren; Hunter, Ben, Wesley Woodruff, Jenny and Kate Mink, McKaeli and Konner Wilson, Emily and Adalynn Wigginton, Austin Thompson, Kaden Dixon; and future grandchild, Baby Mink; sisters, Geneva Dunlap of Michigan, Juanita Riddle, Betty Dunham, Marie Smith, Harriett Mathis, Doris Long, Ann Sutton of Harrisburg, brothers, Lloyd Balentine, Little Rock, Floyd Balentine, Conway and Joey Balentine of Harriburg.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, December, 30 at 2:00 PM at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Mabry officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Wigginton, Jonathan Mink, Bill Mink, Jeff Miller, Joe Lacy and Brad Horsley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joshua Mink, Joey Smith, Harold Lacy, Jim Horsley, Carroll Price, Adam Timze, Paul Poston.

Visitation will be Monday, December 29, 2014 from 6-8 at the funeral home.
