Camden, Nov. 29 - Mrs. Emmeline Charlotte Clingman, member of one of the oldest families of Ouachita county and wife of T. J. Clingman, died at her home in Chidester Thursday. She was born in Mabrorough county, S. C. in 1841. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Adam Clingman of Quitman, La.; W. J. Clingman and A. V. Clingman of Chidester, and two daughters, Mrs. L. E. Bullock of Fabor, Hot Spring county, and Mrs. Codda Fan of Chidester. (Arkansas Democrat - November 29, 1922)
