Connie "Ma" Gail Baker, 90, of Guy, went to be with her Lord, Monday, January 22, 2018. She was born July 20, 1927 in Enders, Arkansas to the late Willie Floyd and Letha Isabelle Evans. Connie enjoyed gardening, baking, going to Branson; and was a great seamstress. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Guy. Connie was active in the Woman’s Missionary Auxiliary and Senior Saints Ministry. She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of 53 years, Floyd Velman Baker, two daughters, Carolyn Alexander and Teresa Littlefield, and brother, Roland Evans.
Connie is survived by daughter, Brenda (Luther) McNabb, five grandchildren, Joe (Kim) Glover , Missy (James) Sackett, Kevin (Karla) McNabb, Brent (Eleasah) McNabb, and Kent (Jamie) McNabb, two son-in-laws, Charlie Alexander and Paul Littlefield, many great and great-great grandchildren, two sisters, Bonnie Walters and Janis Wilson, three brothers, Gene Evans, Jimmy Evans, and Majel Evans, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00AM at Mt Olive Baptist Church in Guy. Visitation will be 1-Hour Prior at the Church. Burial will follow at Copperas Springs Cemetery.
