GARFIELD — Harvey Leon Eoff, 84, of Garfield passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016, at his home. He was born in Kingston, Ark., to the late Wylie Leroy and Minnie Oxford Eoff. For 50 years he was the loving husband of Marjorie Eoff who, along with his son, Ronnie Eoff and his seven brothers and sisters preceded him.

His entire career involved wood, working many years in a sawmill and later retiring from cabinetmaking. He enjoyed being outdoors, coon-hunting, gardening, working in his lawn and working puzzles. He will be remembered as a good, hardworking, take care of his family kind of man.

Survivors include two daughters, Sue Eoff of Avoca and Martha Black (Jim) of Rogers; a son, Mike Eoff (Sheila) of Avoca; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 8, from 2-4 p.m. and his funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, both in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Interment will follow in Buttrum Chapel cemetery near Pea Ridge. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

AVOCA - Marjorie Irene Eoff, 68, of Avoca died Aug. 12, 2007, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. She was born Oct. 10, 1938, in War Eagle to Loyd G. Edmonson and Viloet J. Campbell. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by one son, Ronnie Eoff.

Survivors include her husband, Leon Eoff, to whom she was married Feb. 23, 1957; one son, Mike Eoff and wife Sheila of Garfield; two daughters, Sue Eoff of Rogers and Martha Black and husband Jim of Rogers; one brother, Loyd Edmonson Jr. of Avoca; two sisters, Vada Payne of Harrison and Etta Craine of Springdale; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rollins Funeral home in Rogers. Burial will be in Buttrams Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
