Mrs. Allie Covington, aged 72, of Bearden, wife of Charlie T. Covington, died Sunday. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and a lifelong resident of Bearden. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Erma Stewart of Pine Bluff; two brother, William Mays of Bearden and Neal Mays of Florida and six grandchildren. Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Assembly of God Church at Bearden. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery near Bearden by Proctor Funeral Service. (Camden News - March 14, 1966)
