December 10, 1886 - November 8, 1964
Mrs. Mabel Jordan Brady, 77, of 1216 W. Oak died in a local hospital following a short illness. Mrs. Brady was born Dec. 10, 1886, the daughter of David and Saphronia Thair Jordan of Fulton, Ill. She was a member of the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. D. B. Ginn of Booneville and Mrs. Ottis Jennings of El Dorado; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Father Louis Janesko presiding. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ron Meese, William Gordon, Wallace Murphy, George Greenlee, Jimmy Cobb and W. F. Owens. (The El Dorado Times - November 9, 1964)
