McGehee Times obit:
Funeral Services were held Saturday afternoon at the First United Methodist Church for Claude Gray, 41, former conductor for the Missouri Pacific lines, who died at 8:30 o'clock, Thursday night at his home here. Mr Gray had been in ill health for several years.
Service were conducted by the Rev. J.H. Cummins, Pastor First Methodist Church, assisted by the Rev. O.F. Jenkins, pastor of the First Baptist Church, and Dr. G.S. Sizemore, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church.
Burial was in the McGehee Cemetery. Mr Gray is survived by his Mother, Mrs Agnes Gray of McGehee and three sisters, Mrs W.A. Langford of Mcgehee, Mrs Charlie Reigels and Mrs L.F. Hyde of Wilmington, Calif. He was a resident of McGehee for about 15 years.
The Dyer Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Pall Bearers were: Weaver Norwood, C.f. Drennan, D.S. Day, T.F. Graham, L.G. Crow, A.O. Wash, W.M. Peebles, R.L. "Dutch" Beck and J.J. Ragland.
