Billie Jane Vinson, 88, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado.
She was born on October 28, 1928, in Bolding to Henry Tucker and Willie Edna Sinclair Tucker.
Billie was a member of Marysville United Methodist Church. She was an employee of High Capacity for 30 years and was a member of the IBEW Local 436. She enjoyed traveling, working in her flowers, and time well spent with her grandsons.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Roy Vinson; second husband, Harold Allen; brother, Virgil B. Tucker; and sister, Sue Murphy.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Long (Steve) of El Dorado and Cindy Mason (Dennis) of Marysville; grandchildren, Kaleb Shane Mason and Matthew Mason; great-grandson, Kyler Mason.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 20 at Marysville United Methodist Church with Rev. Pat Daugherty officiating. Interment will follow at the Marysville Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, at Young’s Funeral Directors in El Dorado.
