DUMAS — Virgie Aldridge, 81, Dumas, Ark. died March 7, 2014, Pine Bluff, Ark. A member of Dumas First Baptist Church, she was born June 5, 1932, Story, Ark. to the late Vernis and Rena Aldridge.
Survived by three sisters Lois Singleton, Wanda Sandlin and Verna Hood, ten nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews, Vergie was a beautician for 55 years in Dumas and was a member of Jefferson Friends Club, Red Hat Society and a past member of Dumas business women club.
Graveside services are Sunday March 9, 2014, 2:30 p.m. Walnut Lake Cemetery, Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Ark.
