Springdale - Lloyd Officer, of Springdale, died Friday, Feb. 24, 1989, at a Springdale hospital. Born Aug. 22, 1901, at Aurora, the son of Marion and Zadah Parker Officer, as a carpenter and belonged to the Mountain View Pentecostal Church in Springdale. He was married Oct. 29, 1924, in Springdale.
Survivors are his wife, Iva Ledbetter Officer of the home; two sons, Eldon Officer of Port Angeles, Wash., and Roy Officer of Fort Myers, Fla.; a daughter, Imogene Graham of Springdale, a brother, Ephan Officer of Oklahoma City, Okla.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel with burial in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Sisco Chapel.

Iva L. Officer, 85, of Springdale, died Friday, May 21, at Springdale Memorial Hospital.
She was born Dec. 6, 1907, at Aurora to Carroll Ledbetter and Maggie Hillis Ledbetter. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, on Feb. 24, 1989. They had been married 64 years.
Survivors are two sons, Roy officer of Bradenton, Fla., Eldon Officer of Port Angeles, Wash.; a daughter, Imogene Graham of Springdale; two half-brothers, Jim Ledbetter of Apollo, Pa., and Ed Ledbetter of Marysville, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Fairchild officiating. Burial is to be in Friendship Cemetery under direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel. Visitation is set for 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
