Marlow Marion Watt 78, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014. He was born July 26, 1935 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Harold and Ruth Edith (Marlow) Watt.
He was employed for 40 years with Phillips Petroleum Company as a Procurement Supervisor. Marlow married his current wife Connie Mae (Sheckles) Watt in 1999. They did a lot of traveling and sightseeing. Marlow loved his western movies. Anyone that knew him knew that he loved life to the fullest.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Tressa Bayne Watt she passed away in 1996, and his brother, Joe Watt.
He is survived by his loving wife Connie, one daughter, Marlisa Hunter and husband Bob, son, Danny Watt and wife Monica, two step-sons, Todd Iverson, and Al Iverson, Jr., and wife Rebecca, one step-daughter, Peggy Loniello, two brothers, Harold Watt and wife Janie, and Larry Watt and wife Carolyn, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers: Bobby Hunter, Jason Packs, Al Iverson, Marty Watt, Paul Schlup, and Arley Sheckles.
Visitation will be 1:00pm and Funeral Service will be 2:30pm Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Peace Lutheran Church Edgemont, Arkansas with Pastor Sue Flemer officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations are requested to be sent to: Alzheimer's Arkansas 201 Markham Center Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 or Arkansas Hospice 1014 Markham Street Conway, AR 72032.
Funeral Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton, Arkansas.
