BENTONVILLE - Elton J. Haberman, 77, of Bentonville died May 5, 1995, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. He was born April 5, 1918, in Kingsbury, Texas, to Alfredo Haberman and Elfriada Lydia Kunda. He moved to Rogers from Farmington, N.M., in 1958 and later moved to Bentonville. He was a store owner specializing in antiques and was an active member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Rogers.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Haberman of the home; one daughter, Sandra K. Wilson of Cave Springs; two brothers, Milton Haberman of Benham, Texas, and Gilbert Haberman of Seguin, Texas; one sister, Melanie Haberman of Seguin; four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Kingdom Hall in Rogers, with Don Kimbro officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Burns Funeral Home in Rogers.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the World Wide Work of Jehovah's Witnesses.
