Margree Coulter, 85, of Batesville died Monday, July 20, 2009 at the Rolling Hills Nursing Home in Batesville. Mrs. Coulter was born August 4, 1923, in Calhoun County, Arkansas, the daughter of Albert and Nettie Williams Jones. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church, and a seamstress.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Homer Calaway and Dee Coulter, her sons, John Calaway, and Homer Calaway, Jr., four brothers and one sister. Survivors include her son, Bobby Calaway and wife, Claudette of Batesville, seventeen grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church in Marianna with burial in Marianna Memorial Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home of Camden is in charge of arrangements.
