Mrs. Rachel Foster, 84, of Pocahontas, AR., passed away Thursday, Febraury 3, 2011 at Saint Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Foster was born in Maynard, AR.

She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.

She was married to husband Basil Foster, he preceded her in death July 28, 1999.

She is survived by one son Darryl Foster of Pocahontas, AR.; three daughters Edna Byrd of Edwardsville, IL., Deana Rowden of Edwardsville, Il., Darla Hopper of Pocahontas, AR.; three brothers Sam March of Naylor, MO., Zenith March of Corning, Ar., Russell March of Corning, AR.; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-greatchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents Riley and Ethel (Smith) March, two sons Don Leonard, Dwight Foster; daughter Doraine Pierce and brother Arvol March.

Burial was in Black Cemetery at Palatka, AR.
