FAYETTEVILLE - Alexis Eva Michelle Doody, 25, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Fayetteville. She was born June 21, 1990 in Fayetteville the daughter of Herbert Doody and Mona McGarrah.

Alexis worked as an CNA for Springwoods Behavioral Health and member of Cross Church in Springdale. She was a very crafty person, loved to travel and collect crystals.

She is survived by her parents, Herbert Doody and wife, Linda of Jacksonville, Ark. and Mona McGarrah and husband, Randy Hartung of Fayetteville; her twin sister, Ariel Doody of Fayetteville; one brother, Austin Doody of Fayetteville; one half-brother, Bradley Doody of Huntsville; three half-sisters, Bethany Doody, Brooklyn Doody and MiKayla Melson all of Huntsville, Ark.; paternal grandfather, Herbert Doody, Sr. of Missouri; maternal grandfather, Phillip McGarrah of Tontitown; maternal great-grandmother, Helen McGarrah of Tontitown, Ark.; her aunt, Janette Smithson and husband, Enos of Tontitown.

Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Springdale. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. To sign the online guest book, please visit www.nelsonberna.com.
