Terri Sue Alexander, age 58, died Saturday, January 21,
2017 in Lee County after a long illness. She was born June 10, 1958 to Charles and Francis Anderson Trussell. She was a housewife and a Christian.
Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Reuben Alexander, brother Buddy Trussell, and sisters Doris Noble, Vera Chriswell, and Dorothy Stillwell.
She is survived by sons Gary Alexander of Marion, Trey Alexander of West Helena, daughters Crystal Atkinson of West Helena, Mindy Gilchrist of Marianna, brothers Tommy and Donnie Trussell and sisters Linda Peebles and Kathy Broadway, all of DeWitt, as well as ten grandchildren.
Services graveside Marianna Memorial Park Cemetery.

Reuben Alexander, Jr. of Marianna passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at age 70.
He was born on February 11, 1941 in Lafayette County, Mississippi to Reuben Alexander, Sr. and Bertha Irby.
He married Terri Trussell on January 10, 1976, and they made their home in Marianna.
Reuben made a living for his family as an Auto Mechanic; and had his own shop for a number of years.
He loved drag racing, building and racing his own cars, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Terri of the home in Marianna; sons Gary Don Alexander and wife Cynthia of Marion, AR and Reuben "Trey" Alexander of Marianna; daughters Crystal Atkinson and husband Jeff of West Helena, AR and Mindy Gilchrist and husband Randy of Marianna; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters Shirley Stewart and husband Allen "Buzz" of Illinois and Barbara Burns and husband Jerry of California; brothers Edward Alexander of Hughes, AR and Cleveland Alexander of California; other relatives and friends.
Loved ones preceding Reuben in death were his parents, Reuben, Sr. and Bertha Alexander, one daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Bailey, and one brother, Pete Alexander.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2011 graveside at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna with Brother Bobby Watkins officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna.
