Anita Lynn Starling, age 55, died Friday morning, June 12, 2015, at her home in Jonesboro, AR. Born in Marianna, AR on December 3, 1959, she was the daughter of Verneal Montgomery and the late Edwin Franklin Montgomery. She graduated Lee Senior High School in Marianna and Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She is preceded in death by her Dad, her Mother-in-Law, Father-in-Law and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Starling of Fayetteville,AR one son Daniel Starling of Portland,OR and one daughter Laura Starling of Fayetteville, AR; her mom, Verneal Montgomery of Jonesboro, AR, one brother Jesse Montgomery and wife Mary of Jonesboro, two nephews: Justin Montgomery of Dallas, TX and Michael Montgomery of Jonesboro, AR; two aunts Troyce Morgan of Marianna, AR and Jessica Hopewell (John) of Florida; three close cousins: Jana Morgan Bailey (daughter Allie) of Forrest City, AR, Allison and Jason Harpole (sons Caleb and Nathan) of Cabot, AR, Scott Woerner of Colorado; and a host of friends.

Private graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 3:00pm. The family requests memorials to be made to: The Care Team, First United Methodist Church, 801 South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
