John A. Holt Jr., 64, of Springdale, died March 4, 1995, at Springdale. Born June 14, 1930, at Jasper, a son of John A. Holt Sr. and Anna Mae Morgan Holt, he was a resident of Northwest Arkansas for 30 years.
Survivors are his wife, Wilma L. Holt of Springdale; two sons, John W. Holt and Lloyd G. Holt, both of Springdale; two daughters, Joyce M. Murr and Lisa L. Glass, both of Springdale; three brothers, Harry Holt of Elm Springs, Kenneth Holt of Springdale and Henry Holt of Clarksville; three sisters, Glenna Young of Fayetteville, Mary Vicra of Rogers and Ruby Peacock of Harrison; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Nelson's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery, under the direction of the funeral home. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

SPRINGDALE — Wilma Holt 75, of Springdale died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, in Springdale. She was born Nov. 14, 1938, in Clarksville, Ark., the daughter of Willie Richardson and Lula G. Wood.
She was of Baptist faith and was employed by Tyson for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Holt in 1995; daughter, Vickie Holt; and a grandson, Dustin Glass.
Survivors include her children, John and his wife, Vickie Holt, of Clarksville, Ark., Loyd and his wife, Wathena Holt, of Clarksville, Ark., Joyce Muir of Fayetteville, Leisa and her husband, Brain Griffin, of Emory, Texas; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, at the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Sonora Cemetery.
The family requests that memorials in her name go to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
