HUNTSVILLE — Jeanie Kay Andrews, 55, of Huntsville, Ark., died Sept. 28, 2015, at the Willard Walker Hospice Home at Fayetteville, Ark. She was born June 21, 1960, at Borger, Texas, the daughter of Billy Ray and Peggy Lou Wood Lewis. She was a homemaker and a writer and attended the Prairie Grove Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include: her husband: Terry Wayne Andrews of the home; one son, Jeremy Andrews of Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Amy O'Reilly of Yelm, Washington; her mother, Peggy Shank of Huntsville, Ark.; three brothers, Jimmy Lewis of Stinnett, Texas, Jackie Lewis of Sulphur Springs, Texas, and Joseph Lewis of Fort Collins, Colo.; one sister, Janet Sullivan of Hazel Valley, Ark.; five grandchildren, MaKayla O'Reilly, Eithon O'Reilly, Tori Jo McKinley, Triniti McKinley and Jorden McKinley all of Yelm, Wash.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Oct. 2 at the Prairie Grove Christian Church with Vance Eubanks officiating. Interment will be in the Sonora Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home. www.brashearsfuneralhome.net at Huntsville. Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Lewis, Jackie Lewis, Joseph Lewis, Arran Gonzales, Brandon Boyd and Steve Sullivan. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with the family present.
