FAYETTEVILLE - Bobbie Jean January, 79, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at Fayetteville.
She was born Oct. 4, 1932, in Doddridge, Ark., the daughter of John and Merlue Curry. She was preceded in death by her husband, James January.
She was retired bookkeeper and treasurer for Ozark Floor Co. She was a graduate of Fayetteville High School.
She is survived by a daughter, Luann Ridings and her husband, Barry, of Fayetteville; a son, Mark January and his wife, Kem, of Fayetteville; five grandchildren, Lowell Ridings, Curry Ridings, Emma Ridings, Ashley January and Gabe January; an aunt, Nell Guinn of Albuquerque, N.M.; cousin, John Curry of Yuma, Ariz.; brother-in-law, Tom January and his wife, Cathy, of Fayetteville, Ark.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Moore's Chapel, followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Moore's chapel, with the Rev. Gary B. Lunsford officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
