Ronnie Lee Harrington, 50, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, April 27, 2013, at the White County Medical Center in Searcy.

He was born August 15, 1962, in Marianna, Arkansas, and was the owner and operator of the Bald Knob Pawn Shop.

Ronnie proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1980-1986. He was a gifted vocalist, guitarist and song writer and had received numerous awards through the Branson Gospel Singers and Songwriters Association. Ronnie was a storyteller with a witty sense of humor and an avid fisherman. He was a faithful Christian man and a devoted member of the Word of Faith Church in Searcy where he served as the Praise and Worship Leader.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Brenda Harrington; 4 children, Nathaniel Harrington of Seattle, Washington, Jacob Harrington of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Sean Connery Harrington and Savannah Harrington both of Jonesboro; father, Loren Harrington and wife Betty of Big Flat; mother, Kathryn Jackson and husband Billy of Forrest City; sisters, Sandra Harrington, Shirley Danforth, Lorna Courtney, Charlotte Harrington and Shelley Rogers; brother, Craig Harrington; step-sisters, Vickie Shackleford, Pam Donnell and Penny Jackson.

Services were held at the Word of Faith Church in Searcy. Interment with military honors was at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Arrangements were by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia.
