Wife of Kyle Robert Loukota, US AIR FORCE, SSGT, PERSIAN GULF
Ok Sun Loukota, 52 of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Ok Sun was born August 22, 1960 in Seoul, Korea to the late Chang Su and Yong Hui Kim.
Even though she was not a citizen, she was proud to be a U.S. resident. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, especially enjoying the time spent with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Loukota is survived by her husband of 31 years, Kyle Loukota of Jacksonville; children, Kyle Loukota, Jr. and Courtney of Jacksonville, Kimberly Northern and Edrick of Oahu, Hawaii and John Loukota and Mary of Jacksonville; stepchildren, Heather Waller and Doug of Dallas and Jennifer Gray and Chris of Pensacola; grandchildren, Abby, Nabi, Chloe, Hayden, Kinsley, Ian, and Baby "E"; step-grandchildren, Rebecca, Victoria, Cordi, Trey and Megan; two sisters and one brother; and cousin, Jee Hyong Choi of Stuttgart.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2013 at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main St., Jacksonville. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
