Cheryl A. Gordon age 68 of Williford, Arkansas, passed away November 9, 2013, at the White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas after a brief illness.

She was born July 25, 1945, in Macomb County, Michigan to John C. and Violet (Wirth) Smith.

She was an office manager for an orthopedic surgeon for twenty years prior to her retirement. Cheryl was always volunteering her time to help others. She was a volunteer fire fighter and first responder for the Williford Fire Department for the past three years. Cheryl was a member of the United Methodist Church of Newbern, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Steve and Gary Smith.

Survivors include her husband Clarence Gordon of the home; two daughters, Joan Marie Davis and husband Troy J. of Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Deborah Lynn Brock and husband Kenneth M. of Lincoln, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Cheryl Lee, Heather Torres, Troy Davis, Jr., Stephanie Hoskins, Brittany Hoskins, and Ashley Hoskins; two great grandchildren, Olivia Torres and Elijah Torres; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services were at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel.
