Wife of John Wayne Canup, US ARMY, SGM, PERSIAN GULF, VIETNAM
Janice Ann Forsay Canup, age 62, of Tumbling Shoals, passed away on December 2, 2013, with her loving husband, John W. Canup, by her bedside. She is preceded in death by her father, Alford Forsay. Other survivors include one daughter, Karla Hardin; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Jean Graham; one brother, Donald Forsay; and two sisters-in-law. She also leaves a host of dear friends and loved ones who mourn her passing.
Memorial services will be held at Flat Rock Baptist Church in Quitman, on Sunday, January 5th, at 3pm.
