Blake Lee Martin, 26, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Friday, November 25, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born July 30, 1990 in Odessa, Texas.
He was an Apprentice Electrician.
Blake was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Mamie Lee Roten; his maternal great grandparents, Floyd and Francis Martin; and maternal grandfather, Lonny Martin.
He is survived by his parents Monica and Jeremy Johnson of Ozark; a son, Drake Zhane Martin of Midland, Texas; maternal great grandfather Robert Louis Roten of San Marcos, Texas; grandparents Steve and Pamela Bankston of Ozark; grandfather Allen Johnson of Ozark; maternal grandmother Rhonda Gilliland of Ozark; paternal grandparents Wilfredo and Rosa Fuentes and the Fuentes Family; two brothers, Brogan and wife Korie Fuentes of Arlington, Texas, and Zach Fuentes of Big Spring,Texas; two sisters, Brittany Fuentes of Arlington and Kara Fuentes of Big Spring; step-brother Devin Johnson and step-sister Abbie Johnson, both of Ozark; and a niece, Kaylee Fuentes of Arlington.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 2, 2016 at Belt Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
