John Joseph Meckes, age 89, of Cabot, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. He was born September 7, 1923 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Waldemare and Olga Meckes. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 16, 2012 at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock.
