Ann "Carolyn" Terry Bailey of Searcy went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 30, 2015 after battling a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. B. Terry and Ruth Terry Morris; a sister, Laverne Freeze; a brother, Don Terry; and a granddaughter, Lynley Crow.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Frank M. Bailey of Searcy; one daughter and son-in-law, Terrian and Jeff Crow of Searcy, and one granddaughter and husband Ashley and Brian Robinson of Searcy.

Ann was born September 25 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She moved to Searcy in 1976 when Frank was transferred with Entergy. She was a bank teller at First National Bank, now Regions, for many years and a member of First Baptist Church of Searcy.

The family wishes to express great appreciation for the compassion and care Ann was given during her long hospital stays at Unity Heath, LTAC and South Campus Rehab, and especially to The Crossing staff and Summit Hospice of Searcy where she spent her last days.

A memorial service will be held Monday, July 6 at Valley Baptist Church of Searcy at 2:00 p.m. Family will receive guests after the service.

Interment will be a private family gathering. Memorials may be made to Summit Hospice Care, 403 S. Poplar, Searcy, Arkansas 72143. Cremation arrangements by Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
