Michael Eugene Gavin, 58, of Strawberry, AR., died Friday, November 11, 2911, in Strawberry, AR.
He was born November 5, 1953, in Davenport, Florida, to H.L. and Marion Lanetta Manning Gavin.
He had lived in Strawberry since 1982 and was an auto mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents; H.L. and Marion Manning Gavin and one brother, David Gavin.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Gavin of the home; daughters, Jeannie Massey and husband Kent of Neosho, Mo, Cindy Gonzalez of Lake Wells, Florida and Laura Kent and husband Christopher Mt. View; sons, Chucky Gavin and wife Crystal of Strawberry, Michael Gavin Jr. and wife Jessica of Hainescity, FL, Joseph Gavin of Batesville; sisters, Talla Gilley of Winterhaven, FL, Wanda Beasley of Davenport, FL and Charlotte Sever of Lake Wells, FL; brothers, H.L. Gavin Jr. of Cord and Theron Gavin of Bald Knob; 25 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were at House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn. Interred was at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
