ALFORD, Fla. — Rose Ann Ross Ford age 80 of Alford, Fla., passed away April 14, 2017. She was born in Garfield, Ark., on May 21, 1936.

She was a resident of Alford, Fla., for 12 years coming from Fairhope, Ala. Rose attended Alford Baptist Church and worked at Habitat for Humanity. She loved her family fiercely and loyally. Rose also enjoyed helping others, reading, and gardening.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Ross and Dorothy Ellis Ross; brother, Tom Ross.

She is survived by husband Joseph Ford of Compass Lake, Fla.; daughters Karen Cluster of Robertsdale, Ala.; Kris Clayton and husband Wayne of Compass Lake; sons Matthew Ford, Marshall Ford, Mitchell Ford and wife Staci of Roseville, Calif.; brothers David Ross and wife Donna of Claremore, Okla.; Bob Ross and wife Cathy of Rogers, Ark.; sister-in-law Susan Ross of Rogers, Ark.; grandchildren Sarah Frank and husband D.J., Ryan Cluster, Chelsea Cluster, Makenna Ford, Miley Ford, Makai Ford, Chris Wallace and husband David; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial Service will be held at Garfield, Ark., Church of Christ on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alford Baptist Church, (1764 Carolina St., Alford, Fla., 32420) or a charity of choice.
